The 100 Push-Ups Counter and Trainer app transforms your iPhone/iPad into a reliable personal trainer. With the help of its proximity sensor and camera, this app can automatically detect and track your push-ups, counting repetitions to assist you in achieving new personal records. The app also offers a comprehensive training plan and voice coaching for added support.

With this app, you can strengthen your muscles at any time and in any place. A scientifically developed training plan is available, tailored to your fitness level. Choose from three levels, ranging from 0 to 100 Push-Ups.

To keep you motivated, the app includes a leaderboard where you can compare yourself with friends or even compete globally. If you wish to set up a group of co-workers, creating a separate leaderboard exclusively for them is simple.

In order to help you succeed, we have incorporated a goal feature and streaks. Set daily, monthly, and yearly goals and receive reminders to stay on track. Each consecutive day of completing a workout contributes to your streak and provides an extra boost.

PRO TIP: Just dedicating 3-5 minutes per day to push-up training can significantly improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, upper body strength, and muscle tone over time. You will undoubtedly set new records in the number of push-ups you can do!

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS:
The app offers a monthly subscription at USD 3.99/month (or currency equivalent) and an annual subscription at USD 29.99/year (or currency equivalent). These subscriptions provide unlimited access to all PRO Features while your subscription remains active.

Payment will be charged to the credit card associated with your iTunes Account upon confirmation of the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be specified. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your Account Settings after making a purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription, if applicable.
